Dave was great! Given the hot market, we were hesitant to use a realtor because we thought our house would pretty much sell itself. My parents worked with Dave 10 years ago on the sale of their home (sell and purchase) and he made such an impression that when we started looking they immediately recommended him to us. When we first met Dave, he spent almost an entire day with my girlfriend and I going around town looking at listings. He never felt like a realtor to us, he felt like a friend we could trust. Having heard some good recommendations, we went to Dave looking to sell our home and buy a condo and were looking for a speedy turnaround. He sat with us and explained the whole process of buying and selling. He took us through the process of determining the selling price of our home which was actually a good deal higher than we anticipated. We were ready to put an offer in on a condo and Dave was with us to start that process . We had an acceptable offer on our home 5 days after it went on the market. Any questions we had about either sale right through until the closings and any issues that arose were handledby Dave in a timely and pretty much stress free manner. My house was not an easy sell but Dave made it easy for me and my wife. Always calm and professional Dave responded to emails or calls quickly. Extremely knowledgeable he worked through any issue we had and never rushed anything. He always presented us with our options and his suggestions based on that knowledge and his experience.
