The communication was 10/10. The explanations we received for every question we had was 10/10. We felt so comfortable with the entire process because you took the time to explain everything to us at a level we needed. We particularly loved the follow-up emails recapping every single conversation we had. The genuine concern and care for us was 10/10 and unlike what weve experienced in the past.
