We met Cindy several months ago after calling on a home that she had listed (no contract required) she just met us there and showed us the home. That home had many issues and Cindy was not shy in pointing out areas that would need immediate attention, even to the point of saying, that she didn't believe that the house was something we'd want to tackle.
