Howard worked with us when we purchased a condominium in the Silver Spring area about three years ago. I believe he was the listing agent on another condo in the building at the time, but represented us in bidding for another unit. The whole process was quick and painless - he knew the building well - and we are still happy with our purchase. He is a super nice guy too!
