My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home together! Over the past 12 years I have been though the home buying process 4 times. I have worked with numerous agents for both buying and selling and Tim is by far my favorite agent. We are moving back to Maine from 900 miles away and Tim helped us with houses from Phippsburg to Scarorough. Every house we were interested he seemed to know the back story on and was extremely helpful in deciding if a house was worth perusing or not. He understood exactly how I/ we wanted to handle this process and never tired to get us to go over budget, look at houses that weren't a good fit, etc. He was also extremely helpful giving us contact info for various loan officers, inspectors and builders. We will be using Tim for all of our house buying and selling needs in the future.
