Customer service, customer service, customer service!!! Mike helped my wife and I find the perfect home, and we were not easy customers. He was so patient and always listened to everything we had to say. He was willing to go in and fight for us to get a better price in the inflated market and we were able to land a great deal. The thing we appreciated most about Mike was that we always felt like we were his only customer. He is super prompt at returning calls, answering texts, and writing offers (we wrote a lot). Mike has a background in working on homes so he always went in with that perspective. He steered us away from a couple of lemons and explained why. His advise and expertise were invaluable. We highly recommend him in Las Vegas.
