We had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Stachelek.

We contacted Mr. Stachelek in February regarding our desire to buy a house in, and move to, Souderton, PA. He set us up right away on Remax Reliance's portal to see houses. With this portal, we were able to see houses almost before they came up for sale on the other websites.

Mr. Stachelek showed us two houses. We offered successfully for the second house. We now own it.

We understand that right now, Souderton Borough has few houses for sale. However, Mr. Stachelek shepherded us through the process of what to offer and where to be flexible. He knows the area and the local housing market well. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. Everyone we dealt with at Remax Reliance was the same.

We would recommend Mr. Stachelek highly.
