If you want to save money when selling your home the most logical place to start is by saving the listing commission. If you are selling a hundred thousand dollar condo or a million dollar home you shouldn't have to pay 2.5 to 3% of the value of your home just to get it on the MLS. You do need to pay a co-broke commission to the broker who brings you a buyer, but using Paul Marino to list it on the MLS and all of the other real estate web sites is a no brainer.
