Marlo was my realtor of choice, I have experience with her in listing/selling 3 separate properties, two with selling and buying. I have always found her to be honest, and extremely capable, having worked in the business since High School. She communicates directly with her clients, following up with questions and concerns. The sale was stretched out (adding weeks), due to the buyers search for enough monies to cover the cost of the house. Their first and second
search were not successful, causing the sale to drag. It was when Marlo and I put together "seller loan back" plan that all came together.
