Kim guided me through the process of finding and buying a house in Eugene. Working with Kim I came to understand how crucial trust is in the Realtor/Buyer relationship. The financial and emotional impact of buying a house is huge. Kim gained that trust by telling me what I needed to know while connecting with and understanding what emotions I was feeling with the houses we visited. It is hard to imagine a Realtor better at their job than Kim. I highly recommend her.

Kim was patient with us as she introduced us to Eugene, Springfield and the various neighborhoods throughout. Coming from out of town, Kim made sure we understood the benefits of each area, as well as the drawbacks. Kim considered our preferences carefully, and took the time to understand our specific needs and wants in a home. She also was savvy using technology (e.g., FaceTime, the proprietary Windemere website, etc.) to keep us connected to houses as they came onto the market. Finally, during inspection and close, Kim was our incredibly detail oriented advocate.

Because I was living elsewhere when buying my home in Eugene, Kim helped me plan my househunting trip, make the best use of my time on that trip, and ultimately helped me get a house before I went home (even after the initial plan failed last minute). She was easy to communicate with and I never had to wait long to get a response. Kim thinks of every detail, and I felt like I had nothing to worry about!
