Jean Miller worked wonders for us! She was great to work with from out of state, and sold our land in no time! We bought some ranch land in Patagonia about 20 years ago, and decided to sell it when we moved away from the area about 15 years ago. It sat on the market for probably 10 years (with a different agent). We took it off at some point, and had pretty-much accepted we were going to own this land til we die. We happened to be in AZ earlier this year and thought why not try selling it again? We contacted Jean and she suggested a list price that seemed more than fair to us. We were terrible sellers--we had no idea where our property lines were, or even how exactly to get to it (it was open land surrounded by other land so wasn't as easy as putting it in a GPS). We didn't even know the address lol (had to find it on tax records). We could tell her absolutely nothing about the land (we hadn't even been to it in over 10 years). We figured it wouldn't sell but there was nothing to lose. A week later, she had an all-cash buyer! She was easy to work with, helpful and responsive, and our land was closed within a month of initial listing (and it only took that long b/c we misplaced the title from a bank which no longer existed and had achieved our info-- she and the title company figured that one out for us all totally calmly throughout! ). Jean Miller was our first choice when we decided to sell our house in Patagonia. From having lived there for the past twelve years, we were aware of the fact that she handled the the purchase and sale of a lot of properties in the area, and knew the market well.
