But Ryan did everything he could to ensure that wouldnt happen and made us feel comfortable along the way that everything would work out just fine. Anyone who moves knows what a stressful process it is but Ryan really made it a calm under stress. Ryan set us up with a wonderful loan officer who helped us secure our mortgage. He even helped us set up our inspection and was present during it, which was a really big help being that we werent in the state at the time. Ryan also accompanied our cousins on the final walk through. He really made the entire process of buying a home a seamless one. We truly believe that he is one of the biggest reasons why the selling of our home up North and the purchase of our new home in Florida worked out.
