My previous experience with real estate agents were that they did not do much for the percentage of the sale that they received, but Lorin was different. Lorin went above and beyond our expectations from day 1. We were in a relocation situation and it was a fast sale and move. Lorin is an expert at relocation sales and walked us through every single step. He would respond to emails in the early hours of the day and he did an excellent job helping us understand the process. He also brought a designer to help us stage the house, he personally did work to cover some wiring coming out of the ceiling when we just couldn't get to it and he brought over an extra carbon monoxide detector in case we needed a replacement. I felt Lorin actually "worked" for me. He handled everything instead of saying " you need to do this... and this...". He was engaging and an excellent communicator which is vital before, during and after a sale.
He was the epitome of what a realtor should be, but so often are not - easy to get ahold of, on top of every aspect of the process, which was difficult since we were working within the confines of a re-location company and most of all knowledgable and hard-working.
The things that were not excellent were those not under his control, but had to do with the buyer.
