We had invested in NM about 10 years ago and had never actually seen the property we were renting out. When it came time to sell, we initially utilized an agent who had helped us find our long term tenant. That realtor was not able to handle the sudden fiasco that came when dealing with a 6 year tenant that all of a sudden became less than cooperative when we decided to sell. Luckily, he referred us to Desiree. She had everything lined up to get the house ready to sell. Looking back had I just let her handle everything from start to finish, the process would have been much less of a headache for me and for Desiree. However, she let me use contractors I knew so I can cut down some of my costs. She also coordinated with my contractors directly since I'm out of state. While I was not expecting to get an offer until after the first of the year, Desiree was able to successfully obtain and close a cash offer while working with a challenging buyer's agent, but also a challenging client (me).

Professional, personable, patient. I found her responsive and trustworthy. After I lost my job because of the pandemic and buying the house fell through, Desiree stayed in contact to make sure I was ok. I'm working again now and will be trying to buy again soon. I look forward to working with Desiree again.

Worst Realestate Agent I have ever had!! I buy and sell properties frequently and have had numerous agents that were not good but were far better than Desiree. She missed deadlines, didnt work on Saturdays. Had me spend more on cosmetic than necessary. If I could I would give her --10 (minus 10) Beware, she talks a good talk. DONT USE HER..

We are grateful to have found Desiree to represent us in the homebuying process. She is smart, professional, honest, warm AND she really knows her stuff! She's incredibly competent and fast at getting all the "ducks in a row" for a smooth buying process. She returned calls, texts and/or emails immediately and gracefully, which was reassuring (especially for a "Nervous Nellie" like me!). We are now in our lovely new home (we moved in only 1 month after signing the contract, that's how good she and the mortgage person were!!) and loving it. Did I mention we are grateful?!
