I must admit that selling a home and buying a fixer upper, all at the same time was a quite overwhelming. Its been 6 busy months with no time to spear. It is never too late to give credit where credit is due. Deciding to sell a home can sometimes be a challenging and trying time specially if there is emotional attachment to the home. There are many qualities that go into being an excellent real estate agent professionalism, marketing, negotiations and market knowledge. In my experience as a client I also found that providing the best service is essentially about putting the clients first. This meant that the realtor kept accessible at all times, was a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responded quickly to all the needs. That said, I could not be more blessed and extremely thankful to have work with my amazing realtor Julie Hill Frederick from Lifestyle Real Estate Sales. Besides having all the qualities mentioned above, she exceeded my expectations. Julie came to my life at the right time. Somehow, from our first meeting I knew that she was the perfect fit to sell my home. Our house was a difficult sell since it was not just a house it was a way of life. Julie was incredible patient and kept all the worries and obstacles to herself. She would only contact me once she had a solution. She is the eternal optimist. She listened to all my concerns, always gave me time to get ready to show the house, was detailed oriented, kept me informed at all times, she would always give me all the options without an opinion. At first I would have a lot of questions and as we worked together I started asking and relying on her opinion to make a decision. I knew that she would not steer me in the wrong direction. We had many challenges specially dealing with another realtor and Julie always stayed focused and looked at my best interest in a considerate and professional manner. Not only did Julie locate my dream home in 2016, in 2018 she sold that same house for me. We relocated out of state. She negotiated with buyers and got us well over our asking price.
