We worked with Aaron to find our home and he was great! He was professional and polite during the entire process and extremely helpful while we were viewing homes. When we found the house we wanted, he did a great job making sure that we got our bid in despite a 1-2hr turn around for the cutoff. This included starting the offer paperwork before the visit and getting it completed after. He helped us tailor the offer as well, figuring out what was important to the sellers, which made a huge difference with us being accepted over other offers. It was nice to have someone who was knowledgeable, savvy and understood what we were looking for without being condescending. He was always available and happy to spend a extra time with us when we needed additional information or explanations.
