We gave the neighbors a walk though and agreed to sell to them provided they could get financing. They did. For the benefit of having a realtor direct the sales actively. Ken responded to my request for a realtor within a few minutes after receiving my request by email. He came to out the next day to discuss selling our house. He listened to everything we said or ask and then gave us his opinion. After talking with him for about 30 minutes I decided that he was the one to sell our house. He was realistic and confident in his recommendations. We signed with him the next day. He had people in mind to contact about our home. We had a lot of immediate interest and accepted an off on the 8th day. All the way through closing he kept us updated and informed. Where do I start? We sold our home and bought a new one - Kens team handled both transactions. n nThe Brownlee team are absolute Rockstars!! No joke! Ken and Joe are amazing and on their game. The office staff are top notch as well. n nThey provided a full service experience. We needed work done on our home before it was listed...Ken provided contractors, paid them, and recouped the cost at closing! No out of pocket for us! He staged our home for free and arranged for our items to be packed and stored until we closed on our new home. (Ken recouped his costs for the mover at closing as well.) n nJoe was on point during the listing of our old home and the purchase of our new home. We've now closed on both homes and are on vacation out of state. Joe is acting as a point of contact for our contractors and is going to monitor the construction while we are gone for the week. This is after we closed on both homes buy the way! Talk about going over and above... n nKen and Joe kept in constant communication throughout the process. Most often when we called their cell phones or texted they immediately answered. The rare times we had to leave a message they returned our call promptly. Due to my husbands work schedule, Ken and Joe often met with us after 9:00 pm. Anything we needed, they were on it! n nOh and there were no extra advertising fees like some Realtors like to sneak in there. Everything Ken and his team did was part of their normal commission. Which was the normal 6%. n nOk you may be thinking that we are high value buyer/sellers...we aren't. They treated us like we were though.
