He answered all of our questions and provided us with the needed information throughout the process to ensure a smooth closing.
Patient: Jeff began working with us when our home in another town had not yet sold. He understood that our purchase depended on the sale of that home; however, he continued to show us homes he believed we would like knowing that payment for his services would be deferred. He was always kind, eager, helpful, and willing to take the time to let us preview properties until we found the exact home we wanted.

While my husband and I were looking for the "livability" of a home, Jeff was looking to see if the home had defects that might appear down the road. He then took on the process of ensuring that we had the appropriate professionals look into potential problems, and guided us through using the information to negotiate rectifying any issues.
Professional: All-in-all, Jeff understands real estate business and is willing to educate his customer. While it had been some time since my husband and I had bought/sold property, Jeff ensured that we understood all of the options, pros and cons to each, and warned us of potential risks.
