Then she gave us time to decide what furniture from our previous home would work and to also have time to give our family items they might want. Then she conducted a garage/estate sale which was successful. The next step was to donate or dispose of the items left. She then had our home thoroughly cleaned and styled it for viewing. The viewing was held on two week ends and was sold at that time. The buyers bought it for the asking price, all cash/as is, so there was nothing to do on our part, except sign the papers!!
