Janet was assigned to me given my transition to the area. As I was a first time buyer and did not know what to expect in many facets, Janet provided me a wealth of knowledge and ensured my success from start to finish. I have found her kind, patient, provided me as much time as I needed and she also scheduled the rather large list of homes each day for my review. On top of all that, Mrs. Parker went out of her way to assist vendors for estimates, ensured vendor access to my future home for maintenance activities and also found me one of the best painters in town. Simply put, I was impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail and grace at every turn of the process. Janet comes highly recommended and made my home buying decision a delightful experience.
