I was both, a buyer and a seller with David. Selling- David was spot on with our list price. His advice between marketing, staging, and showing were great. He kept in touch with the contractors and all parties involved to make sure everyone was always in the same page. Buying- Due to such low inventory our search area was quite large. David gladly traveled all over the NEPA area with us. Once we went under contract, he again stepped up to make sure everyone involved in the process was keeping in touch with each other to help things go as smoothly as possible.
