Bev Kalb was great to work with and she had a lot of patience. We had many unforeseen bumps along the way in selling our home, but she took them in stride. Her positive attitude is what allowed us not to give up and now we are enjoying our new home.

Bev took good pictures of our property and home which generated a lot of interest from the beginning. She was always efficient in drawing up contracts and had us sign them with her. She went over the contracts explaining in detail what each item meant and answered our questions knowledgeably. We received a good offer for our home.

Mr. Longacre was also helpful when we found that we needed to put in a new septic system. He explained to us the preparation work that would be done, such as soil and perk testing, and about the different types of septic systems and approximate costs. Bev also had a lot of knowledge about septic systems , but she had Mr. Longacre join our meeting to add his expertise and to help calm our anxieties.
