Lucia came into our home prepared and ready to listen to us, create with us and ultimately helped guide us in the direction that was suitable and appropriate for our home and situation. Lucia went above and beyond, giving us information and support in all aspects, including prepping the home, repairing the home, cleaning the home and making the home appealing to the current market. Lucia was available at all hours of the day to answer all our question or address any concerns. The amount of emotional and professional support cannot be put into words. Our sale was extremely complex with a lot of moving parts, but with Lucia, we were able to navigate it without concerns or stress on the selling process. Lucia facilitated communication and problem solving with all parties involved. As generic as it sounds, we will use Lucia for all future real estate transactions and have and will continue to refer her to anyone who asks us for a recommendation.
