Other than the outstanding job performance of our realtor, Micah Preston, I believe the pictures taken had a great deal to do with how many showings came through and how fast our house sold. The photographer, David Christopher, who was used to take pictures of our home, for marketing purposes, is top notch! I don't believe the pictures could have turned out any better...What a professional !!! Also, I think the (CSS) Central Showing Service is a great tool and was greatly appreciated.
