My wife and I are originally from Texas and we were moving to WI from CA for work. Right off, we had the challenge of being long distance, not knowing the WI market, and knowing nothing about WI homes( basements, winterization, septic, private well.) None of this phased Tim at all. During one of our first conversations he said to me, Trevor, I am going to help you find a house like you were my own brother. What a bold claim. But Tim was more than true to his word. He was knowledgeable about any and all aspects of the entire process. He helped me through every step of the way. Anything i had a question about, Tim had an answer for. He helped me through filling out forms, finding inspectors, negotiations; Everything. i really cant imagine how he could have helped me any better. i don't think he turned away any question or request. Me, my wife, and our 4 kids absolutely love the house we bought. Tim helped us find the house we were really going to be happy in. No pressure, no persuasion toward buying. If anything, he was excellent at pointing out the flaws of a place to make sure that i wasnt developing a euphemistic point of view on a property. Tim will be my WI realtor for life. Thanks Tim!
