I was an out-of-state buyer trying to get information on this property. Ms Gilliland is the listing agent for the property. Speaking to her on the phone she is a pleasant. However, Ive received little of the information that I requested. The property was still under construction and an unconventional home. (Barn dominium) The most notable questions I did not get answered was pictures of the interior of the house and shop area. Certified wind load specifications on the building, and partial blueprints to see how the interior was going to be laid out before I made a trip to the property. After she responded by email that she would get this information we never heard back from her.
