Was being relocated by work out of state on fairly short notice, and needed to sell my house so I could complete the purchase of a new one out of state. Interviewed three different realtors: first one didn't seem to know the local market well enough and wanted to price the home 20k too low for a quick sale. The second one wanted to ensure my business by suggesting we could price the house 20K higher than it's value, we knew it would never sell at that price... John came in with the pricing suggestion that made sense and he got us a good sale in a reasonable time frame, not too quick or too long suggesting the price was right. He had been in all the comparable homes for sale and knew exactly where ours fell in comparison and what price we would get. n nJohn went well above and beyond working with the relocation company I had to use for work, it added a lot of extra steps to the already complicated process but he pushed through it. we had lots of traffic through the house, and more than one offer so the listing was well advertised and the listing was attractive.
