Julie is amazing. This is my second time working with her in under 5 years. I purchased my home from her and she was able to navigate some difficult sellers without too much fuss.

Recently, I called on Julie again to help me with anther real estate transaction. This time to sell my home. Im so glad I did. My home was under contract within a month of listing! A minor problem with the exterior of the home (fading paint on the siding) came up in the inspection. Julie jumped through hoops to try and help me get the paint issue resolved. She called around and did a lot of investigative work to get us closer to a solution. She was able to track down the warranty folks. Ultimately, we couldnt make any use of the warranty, but I was so impressed that Julie did all this extra work. I didnt ask her to do it. She just mentioned it during one of our update phone calls. The buyers ended up walking away because we just didnt have enough time to get all the answers on the paint. But, Julie got us prepared for the next buyer. And sure enough, the next buyer came along about a week after my house went back on the market. We proposed our solution to the new buyers, and we had no issues.

Real estate transactions have always been tough for me. I am a analytical person and real estate has a lot of emotions involved. Fond memories of the home you are leaving and all the emotions from the other side, all the excitement and expectations is tough to process sometimes. Julie helped keep me in check so many times. A question or request would come in, and sometimes I would just take it out of context and get upset. Julie had a magical way of getting me to calm down before making a stupid decision. I am grateful that she has that ability.

Julie will tell you straight, and thats one of my favorite things about her. You might not like what she has to say (i.e, that your idea of a good price to list your home isnt realistic, or your offer on a home is way too low, ect), but she will tell you to help you make an informed decision. I appreciate that she isnt afraid to give you her honest opinion.
