About 5 rears ago Jillian worked hard with Bob and I to help us find a house. Then we found a house by word of mouth. We dealt with the owners and then they hired someone else to do the paperwork. We always felt bad that Jillian missed out on a commission. We told each other that if we ever sold the house that Jillian would be our first call to list the house.

Jillian listed our house on a Saturday and on Monday she called to tell us we had an offer for a cash sale full price.

I felt like I was bothering her by calling and asking so many questions , but Jillian assured me I wasn't. She was always friendly and listened to any concerns that I had. Believe me I had plenty because I was in Maine. Jillian made everything so easy for Bob and I to deal with.

We never had to deal with anyone else in the office because Jill was always available to us.

Jillian made everything so easy for us. She walked us through everything and made sure we understood all the paperwork we had to sign. We never felt like clients, we felt like she was a friend.

On Trulia, I found the agent that had Mobile Home (55+) experience.

Jillian was Always there when I needed her or had questions. She was Very Responsive via Texts and Emails. That is VERY Important!

Electronic Signing was a Huge PLUS, since I was out of State. Jillian was quick to get the docs online and to me for signing.

I already mentioned how Jillian helped me because I was out of state when all of this went down. I am also an elderly lady slightly disabled and Jillian was able to walk me through a lot of forms, etc, that I had to fill out. I have never had to do these by myself before and she was a tremendous help to me. It seems that I was always texting her for help. She probably got sick of seeing my texts come through. But I knew that she would help. She would answer me within minutes. Even my partner who has sold his properties before mentioned that he has never had an agent work with him like that before that was so helpful. In all, it was a great experience. She made it so!

Jillian was amazing, she was on top of everything from start to finish. You couldn't ask for better service or customer care. She was knowledgeable on what needed to be done and made sure each stage of the sale went flawlessly. I knew little about mobile/manufactured homes. She handled the missing hud plate and oversaw all the communications between myself and the seller and made sure all repairs were made, inspections and appraisal was done on time and kept everything on track. I don't think any other agent I've ever worked with in past was anywhere near as knowledgeable. Super job!!!! I'm happy with my new home!
