As an out of state investor I relied on Charlene to sell my rental property with minimum effort on my part. She kept in touch with my property management company throughout an eviction process and was my advisor for the mini rehab of the property. She received multiple offers at the first showing and negotiated an all cash purchase at a good price, with no inspections. I will definitely use Charlene to buy or sell all of my future properties.

My fianc and I enlisted Charlene's help in both selling our old home and purchasing a new home. We did not know Charlene prior to this, but we truly could not be happier about our decision to work with her! In selling our old home she helped us to prepare and stage, priced it perfectly, and we sold it the first day it was on the market for listing price (which also happened to be 7% more than we paid for the house the year before, allowing us to break even with mortgage and commission fees). Finding a new home was not as easy as we were in a buyer's market and we were definitely picky in what we were looking for, but Charlene was incredibly patient with us and worked exceptionally hard to find us the home of our dreams. She also helped us to close on both houses the same day, allowing us to move out of our old one and directly into our new one! Her >25yrs experience in real estate definitely provided an edge in negotiations as well, ultimately saving us hundreds if not thousands in home repairs post-inspection of our old home. In short, I made and saved more money with Charlene's help (even taking into account realtor's commission) than I would have if I had tried to go through this process without a realtor. nBesides her expertise in real estate, Charlene is just a genuinely amazing person. We always looked forward to meeting with her to see properties and always felt she had our best interests in mind throughout this entire process. She was a wealth of knowledge for us real estate novices, pointing out potential problems as well as nice features of homes that my fianc and I would have completely overlooked otherwise. She walked us through every step of the buying and selling process, and with her help I can honestly say there was no point where I felt stressed or overwhelmed (and I am a type A personality!). We will miss working closely with Charlene,, but we will no doubt be contacting her to help sell our home when the time comes!
