At a difficult time, I had to make the decision to sell my childhood home after my parents passed. Already living out of state, I relied on Rich, my cousin, to help me through this process. Anyone who knows me will tell you that Inam a tough critic and am not quick to compliment. However, after working with Rich, I needed to share my experience. Rich helped my husband and me buy a house in Wyndmoor, PA. We saw the house and within 45 minutes of seeing the house, we were ready to make an offer. Rich helped us get the paperwork drafted that night (from his vacation in Hawaii!!!). After the bid was accepted, we ran into a few concerns regarding inspection. Rich, on his first day back from vacation went over to the county courthouse (who wants to do that!) to try to find old paperwork for us. He did this without our ask. He stayed on top of us to make certain all work on our side was ready to go for closing. A few days before closing a few issues arose. He kept us (me) calm through the entire process (this was much appreciated by my better half) and truly advocated on our behalf with the seller.
