My husband and I met Dawn in early 2019 as we found out we would be relocating to the Phoenix area for work from Florida. We were nervous as we did not know anything about Phoenix. Dawn spoke with us over the phone and then met us for a weekend to find us a rental house in Phoenix. She was fantastic, responsive and answered our silly questions. We were able to find a house in a weekend and she advocated for us as the house had other competition. In January 2020, we were ready to start looking for a place to buy. Dawn worked around our busy and odd work schedules and we looked at so many houses. She kept reassuring us that we would find the one and even steered us away from ones we liked but she knew would not work for our lives. For a young newly married couple, she felt like our guardian angel and Phoenix mother guiding us though the house buying process for the first time, which can be stressful. We finally found our perfect place in April 2020 and we could not have done it without her! Her service is personal and she continues to keep in touch with us to make sure we are doing ok. I would recommend Dawn to anyone who is looking to buy a home, and we will use her services again if we ever need to move in the Phoenix area again!

We were so impressed with the agent's professionalism, intelligence, and friendliness that we immediately desired to hire her for ourselves. That Realtor was Dawn Johnson.
We have since enjoyed working with Dawn on the purchasing, selling, building, and renting of numerous homes, and are presently working together on the purchase of another.

Dawn is AMAZING!! Not only was she helpful and experienced in all aspect of the market but she truly made me feel like I was her only client with her responsiveness to text and calls. She answered all my questions, sometimes twice. She was available when I needed her and worked hard for us to get our home.
