My recommendation would be to avoid working with this woman at all costs. Whether Judy Clark is the realtor of the seller or buyer, I would steer clear of her. Of all my years working with realtors, this woman was by far the most unprofessional and miserable of them all. After signing an agreement with both the seller and realtor of the property that my fianc and I invested months into, with the intention of buying, we were permitted to move into the property prior to closing, only to be kicked out within two days, having to leave all of our property behind. Rather than Judy calling my realtor to renegotiate or dispute the agreement that was previously signed, she arrived at the property demanding that I vacate the premises within minutes. I had ten minutes to gather my belongings and the stress caused was unnecessary. I have never been treated so rudely by someone who works in a customer friendly and sales- driven field. Although we were forced to repack everything that we had unpacked, in order to move out in a day, my fianc and I are now happily settled. This realtor made our experience a pure nightmare. When we beginning looking at houses in the next few months, I will make sure that neither Judy Clark or her real estate company are involved. Our experience dealing with this woman was absolutely horrific and I am pregnant. The stress was uncalled for. Do NOT work with this woman if you want good customer service and a pleasant experience.
