Rick knows the Gilbert area well being a resident himself. I met with him about 6 months prior with the idea of moving out of state. We conducted a search based on my criteria and when I was ready we narrowed it down further. We then looked at so many homes (as many as was needed until finding the right one). I actually asked to revisit several and it was no problem at all. This is a big decision right? During the process, his honest opinion looking at properties was what impressed me the most. He truly was willing to put the time and effort in to get me into something I loved. Plus his knowledge in real estate was helpful identifying pro's and con's. His lending team was able to get me a loan that my prior lender said was impossible at a fantastic interest rate I might add. We were able to negotiate and close the deal at a price I was happy about. He walked me through every step of the way I couldn't be more happy.
