My wife and I cannot recommend Steve Kuzma highly enough. When the time came to sell a house, my brother enthusiastically recommended Steve, and so we did contract with him. That experience was so amazing, that we did not hesitate to contact Steve again when it was time to sell our next home, and then when we began the search for our forever home. (In case youre wondering, that first house was a fixer-upper badly in need of renovation and updating. We had started the work, but were unable to finish it. We expected to just break even on the sale - at best. Yet, Steve was able to sell it for a decent profit.)

Steves experience has shown to be a benefit in ways I would not have thought of. When we encountered a problem getting paperwork necessary to finalize our loan, I reached out to Steve on the off-chance that he might have an idea that would help. When searching for our new home, Steve didnt just listen to what we wanted. He kept in mind what we had listed as our needs, our budget, our preferred search area, every little detail that would affect the search. But, even more than that, Steve paid attention. What I mean is that my wife would often think out loud or just make a random comment about something she did or didnt like in a house were were viewing. Steve paid attention to those random thoughts, and treated them as importantly as every other detail. And it worked because, again, we absolutely LOVE our new home!
On top of all of that, Steves best quality is that this is NOT just a job for him. When we did find our home - our forever home - Steve was just as excited as my wife and I. In fact, my wife told me that when Steve saw her in what was obviously her dream kitchen, he was smiling as much as she was.
