I completely agree with the first reviewer. Brad went above & beyond at every point, including points where I didn't even realize there was anything to go above & beyond about. He's extremely organized and meticulous. I will definitely use Brad for any future real estate transactions in his area.

I have had the opportunity to work with Brad on multiple transactions over the past several years. Brad is truly a steward of his clients, making their real estate endeavors incredibly stress free. His knowledge and resources far exceeded my expectations from day one, which resulted in me using him multiple times. My family and I have used Brad to buy & sell income properties, personal residences, and commercial aircraft hangers. Brad was instrumental my 1031 exchanges from California to Nevada and assisted in establishing managerial services for my income properties. Brad even served my family in an unexpected delicate probate transaction.
During all of my transactions Brad was astutely insightful, filling in my gaps in knowledge and assisted in my decision making. Brads expertise allowed me to conduct business remotely without making any impact on my professional career or family life.
