Gayle was absolutely wonderful! She came recommended to me. Gayle came over to our house a year before we were ready to sell. She gave us a bunch of helpful information on what we needed to do to get the house ready to put on the market. When we were ready to sell she answered all our questions promptly and professionally. We signed our settlement papers and moved across the country before the buyers closed. Closing was delayed twice. She was so helpful and kept us informed on everything. Gayle answered our texts messages and emails promptly. She even went to the house to check on something for us! I would recommend Gayle to anyone in Northern Virginia who wants to sell or buy a house!
