I do not recommend this realtor company. Throughout our buying process, they only added anxiety, frustration, and an unexpected $8000 expense. We viewed 18 houses, but our realtor didn't bring any to the table. We found house on different Realtor apps, then she'd accompany us for viewings. During inspection out briefing, she would interrupt the inspector with irrelevant stories. Post-inspection, her mistake cost us $3000. She miscalculated on the closing amount witch led to an extra $5000 out of our pocket. I attempted to reach a managing partner and was met with silence. Overall, I do not recommend this company or its realtors; their lack of expertise in housing markets, inspections, and their unresponsiveness is unacceptable for the amount they get paid. 2023
