When I was on my journey to find a home on the side of town, school district and neighborhood I wanted for my my family. I told Eric what and where I was wanting a home not necessarily a brand new home but that was what I ended up purchasing because Eric made some suggestions about some new builds. Some of the nicely already lived in homes wasnt quit what I was looking for and Eric pointed out a few things in these homes that would eventually end up costing a lot of money to repair down the road. When I seen more than a couple of new builds that Eric showed me I fell in love with a particular one that I thought that would be perfect for my family.
