I personally would not recommend working with Melissa. I did not have a pleasure doing business with her. I was under contract to buy one of her listed properties, and we ended up needing to request ONE small extension for closing on the property that was listed for 67 DAYS. We remained completely honest and adaptive the entire process but any communication (when she did respond) was unpleasant and rude. Luckily we as buyers ended up having a great acquaintance with the sellers and it all worked out in both of our favors with little to no cooperation from the selling agent. 2023
Melissa Davis was the absolute worst realtor I have ever encountered in my life. She would no even produce listings and was discriminating. Just a rude know it all know nothing person. We had specific needs seeing as though we were combining our family under one roof. We needed three separate living spaces, two kitchens, a pool, a large private backyard and wanted to stay within a specific area and price point. In my mind the home we needed didn't exist unless we built, but we didn't have time to build. Melissa heard all four of us, told us that she would find us the perfect home and she did just that. She found several homes that we could easily convert into exactly what we needed. She recommended us to a renovation company so that we could learn the options and cost ahead of time. She negotiated our deal to make sure that we stayed within our total, all in budget. We were beyond impressed with Melissa's knowledge of the area, homes for sale and entire real estate process. How can one women know this much! She is absolutely amazing! Not only did Melissa find us the perfect home, but she also listed my home in Apollo Beach and found a buyer in two weeks, referred us to a wonderful agent in Alabama to sell my wife's home and she was under contract in 24 hours, and we are almost ready to list my son's home in Apollo Beach.
