This is our third property transaction using Mark and his great team in Northern Michigan. We first tried him based on his team being the top volume provider BUT were apprehensive that we would be disappointed with service from someone so busy. That was not the case the first time and it only gets better each time INCLUDING this third property. I find it impressive that the top agent (with 6-7 working for him) personally comes to the property to agree on the right price and process to list the home.
