Sandy is a go-getter. She's confident in what she does plus a likable person. When Sandy became my realtor she did a critique of my home. One of the few things she suggested was repainting my entry way ( I had done it in faux a few a years before putting my home on the market and really liked it). She explained that many customers like just a solid paint color. Reluctantly, I painted the entry an off white color which quickly grew on me. I even painted the master bath a lighter similar color.
