We were really hesitant and apprehensive but they persisted that it had to be this way. Now we have sold our house and cannot find another. In speaking with other realtors we have learned we were lied to. You do not have to sell your home first, and it is highly discouraged! We have made multiple offers on other homes and because there is such high demand have not gotten any.
