Sarah was the Buyer's realtor when we bought our home in May of 2013. It appeared to me her client was a close personal friend. We went through the typical offer, counter offer process and reached an agreement we all could live with. After the closing, the furniture that was supposed to be included in the purchase price was missing from the house and the odds and ends furniture we did not want was left behind. I called Sarah and she was rude and unrelenting that she was right and I was wrong. After speaking with her, I called the title company to pull the deed from being posted at the courthouse and my Buyers realtor then produced the document that undeniably proved Sarah and her client were in the wrong. Sarah spoke with me again and stated "We dont blow off 247000 dollar house deals over furniture". She also added arrogantly that she does millions of dollars of business without a hitch until now... Sarah and her client, instead of being aplogetic for taking property out of the house tbat was never supposed to leave, played the victum card of how terrible and inconvient it was that they had to bring OUR property back on a SATURDAY...This interaction was to be so nasty in fact and so terrible that Sarah asked us not to be present and have our buyers agent present instead. The following Monday I sent her a email producing the document again that our agent had produced the Friday before...not at all expecting an apology for her horrific unprofessionalism...it just felt good after all we had been put through. She stated in response.. "Just enjoy your house." It is also important to note that the house was NOT thoroughly cleaned before we moved in and I spent hours cleaning up mouse dropping and dead bugs
Fast forward over five years later...our house is currently on the market...Sarah...adding insult to injury brought her client through our house this past week. She wrote a scathing and disparaging report about the home we have invested thousands in. Wow
