We bought a house from him that he actually owed . He promised things would be fixed and they were not . Like the heater did not work . Said he would fix it . There was a bill he refused to pay . I wouldnt trust this man . There are many other instances of things he had done to the house to appear fixed and were not . Again , I would not trust this man to buy a house from or sell a house . He is a liar and does not honor his word .
