This is a review of our realtor, Julianna Wassell, or Julie as she has become affectionately known to my whole family. The quick and short of it, is she is awesome, fantastic, exceptional, phenomenal, and any other words with the same meanings. nJulie has become my families' realtor, as it were. She helped my sister and brother-in-law, and my mother find and buy their homes. When I got orders to be stationed in Colorado, my sister referred me to her and that was a decision that has saved my wife and I a lot of time, energy, and money. We purchased a new house and dealing with the builder, at times, was difficult and stressful. However, Julie led us through the process and was not afraid to call out the builder, when necessary, or ask the tough questions. She always kept us informed on any information she received from the builder and was persistent in getting us answers or information to our questions. She went out of her way to help us, literally. While still stationed out of the state, Julie, along with my family, made several trips outside her usual work area to finalize details about the house contract, pick structural options for the house, even go to the design center and choose interior options on our behalf, and numerous additional things. It was a long process from going under contract to finally closing and moving in, but Julie made the whole process as simple and smooth as possible.
