We close in seven days the communication through his electronic listing programs on given us updates on showings people accessing the home addition we were getting emails, text messages, constant communication, and then I would get personal communication. He must have spent hours on the phone texting emailing and calling the family, we provided immediate occupancy. He gave us options to delay the closing for more time he gave us another option to pay rent like $40 a day. I chose John because he seemed like he would get the job done. He did and I got paid. but as a consequence, he bullied me into accepting a closing date that was to soon as I needed to select movers and complete the preparation of packing my items. I asked for a closing date to be pushed back and he told me I would be charged if I did. I don't know real estate so I believed and trusted him to assist me. Following his advice ultimately caused me a lot of pain and suffering. And... to boot, he did not show up for the closing or the walk through and I have not heard from him since. He got his fee and is gone. I would choose another trustworthy and honest agent. 2023

John sold million dollar properties for us and difficult negotiation on upscale and high scale properties so I know he could do a lower price range scenario type property. Its not rewarding in his lower price range is for an agent but he did it anyway to satisfy his customers.
