I can't imagine finding someone whose opinion I would so thoroughly trust in these matters, other than Pete. Just from walking around my own neighborhood years before selling, it was easy to tell his homes sold so much quicker than others, and for more than expected. I was always curious as to why. First off, before listing, he told us what to do to be ready. It was not necessarily the things we expected! We trusted him and followed directions. Selling a home is stressful, and trying to sell a home and move out of state is near maddening. My wife and I were nervous when we decided to list our home and make the big move. He was extremely knowledgeable on the competitive landscape and provided a wealth of information before I ever decided to enlist with NextHome. I researched multiple agencies in the Providence community and selected NextHome to sell our home. On our first official meeting, Pete was completely (COMPLETELY!) prepared.
