I had originally purchased the home using Dan's agency, and had a good experience, so decided to do the same when I later sold the home. Dan worked with five brothers in a trust to sell a family vacation home. This was not an easy task as the executor of the trust was a reluctant seller. To add to the complications the property is out of state for all. Dan put forth a lot of extra effort in making the sale. Arranging a contractor on short notice to remedy an inspection issue. Setting us up with a home clean out again on short notice as the buyer decided they wanted the house empty of all furnishings. Very knowledgable and patient, his ability to work with the bumps along the way and keep the sale moving forward was greatly appreciated. Selling beach area property in January, excellent work.
