Of all the professionals we worked with throughout this transaction...Scooter was the only one who was flawless in the way he handled everything. He was thorough with his explanations and was patient with questions. He handled the unforeseeable bumps (which we had plenty) professionally and confidently. I can't think of anything Scooter could have done that he didn't do. There was a problem with the boiler in the house- he checked on it daily which is important in our climate as it could have resulted in a freezeup. The house was unoccupied at the time. 2015
